The Fall Brawl strives for bringing a walleye tournament that anyone can enjoy. What started as a friendly wager between local friends has now turned into a large event with participants signing up from multiple states. Anyone can participate from novice to professional angler and have a great time with a chance to fill the top 5 payout spots!
This tournament has always been a 100% payout based on the amount of participants. At a low entry fee of $30.00 and high bounty payout, you will be kicking yourself for not joining in on the fun when you land that monster Lake Erie walleye.
The Walleye Fall Brawl is pleased to announce the sale of the 2019 Fall Brawl Poker Chip. The Poker Chip is $3.00. All proceeds from the sale of the poker chips will be donated to the Lorain County Blue Foundation and the Greater Cleveland Peace Officers Memorial Society. This makes a great add to your favorite key chain, or keepsake for your Fall Brawl memories. The Fall Brawl strives to give back to the community each year. These will be available at Erie Outfitters both online and in store. See information below on each foundation.
About Lorain County Blue Foundation
The Lorain County Blue Foundation was created to assist Law Enforcement Officers that have been fatally wounded or critically injured in the line of duty. LoCo Blue was established as a collective effort to unite the Law Enforcement Agencies in Lorain County. Our goal is to build a stronger relationship between the communities and their respective Officers that serve and protect.
Loco Blue is a responsible non-profit organization. Our members are comprised of local volunteers that are not compensated for what we do. Our board members understand first-hand the tragedies of first responders and the result of line of duty incidents.
Greater Cleveland Peach Officers Memorial Society
When a law enforcement officer dies in the line of duty, the loss reverberates throughout the community. The family loses a beloved member, the law enforcement agency loses a respected colleague, and the community loses the services of an officer dedicated to its protection.
The Greater Cleveland Peace Officers Memorial Society™ (GCPOMS) was established in 1985 by a handful of area police officers after the funeral of a fellow officer killed in the line of duty. Grieving the loss of a friend and fellow officer, they made a promise: they would never abandon the families of fallen officers or let the community forget their service.
The Walleye Fall Brawl is about giving back to the community. In 2018 The Fall Brawl conducted a food drive for the All Faiths Pantry at our awards banquet in December 2018. The pantry requested peanut butter as their target item. Our Brawlers responded with 6000 lbs. of food and $883 in cash donations. They were thrilled with the out pouring of generosity.
During the 2018 Fall Brawl, we reached out to our Brawlers to make a difference:
