Craig's Walleye
Chowder Recipe:


1/4 cup chopped bacon
1 large onion
2 carrots
1 stalk celery
4 potatoes
3 cups corn
2 cup chix broth
2 tbsp old bay seasoning
1 can evaperated milk
12oz pk cheese dip
salt & pepper to taste
Butt load walleye cheeks

Instructions:
  • Saute bacon 4-5 min add veg for 3-4 min
  • add chix stock and potatoes simmer till potatoes are soft
  • add old bay, milk,cheese dip
  • Bring to simmer add walleye till cooked
    don't over do or walleye will fall apart.
  • Most importantly bring to shop
    and I will taste test!!!
